TIPS
Munich is a BIG city but easy to navigate by walking or by subway/metro. Make sure you have data or maps saved on your phone using Google Maps to get you around. Also helps to choose a hotel near a Metro/ Sub station.

FOOD/COFFEE
*Spatenhaus Grand (4/5) : Modern Bavarian Beer House
*Fisch Witte (5/5) : Cozy Seafood Restaurant
(smaller location, I was seated with 3 German strangers; an older man, a businessman and a well to do retired woman... after awkward introductions, we all visited for a couple hours discussing life and the global economy. *Also ended up being my favorite meal in Germany)
*Ruff’s Burger: Burger Joint (4.5/5)
*Bab Al Yemen- (5/5) Packed joint I found randomly while making my way back to the hotel so I stopped in. Not overly fancy, food was incredible, staff was super friendly. I will definitely eat there again when in Munich.
